Review on online session: "Giving and receiving constructive feedback"
Giving and receiving constructive feedback
by Cameron shah
The receiving of constructive feedback is very important for the betterment of the performer or presenter. So, all must know to give, receive and act on feedback appropriately. After receiving feedback, one can correct and work on the mistakes and maximize progress.
examples of feedback could be:
Your confidence level was low
your av aids were not clear and appropriate
The people representing their materials, research, work, etc receive the feedback because they need it for improvement pupose
And the people who have sufficient knowledge of that particular field or are experienced in that give feedback for the feedback to be appropriate and help
feedback must not contain the general opinion but the logically answerable points or views that are practical, related, credible, etc
Feedback could ask individually as well as generally
for example: at the end of online courses they generally ask participants to give feedback
we can also ask some trusted individuals personally to listen to or to view our pieces of work and provide us feedback and guidance
